Defective product. We received a defective product. We placed the order in February / 25. After delaying shipment for 60 days. They did not meet the pre-established production deadline. They sent us a defective product. After receiving the defective product. We asked for after-sales service. We sent them all the videos they asked for showing the defect and it took them almost a month to decide something. We still haven't received a response regarding the resolution of the defective product. They haven't sent us a new mold. They haven't solved our case. I don't recommend this company. They delay orders. They don't have a quality control system. They send defective products and their after-sales service is terrible. You buy a machine, it's defective and you wait 8 months for someone to sort it out. 8 months without actually using it. Machine with problems. Lousy company.

Completely bad quality machine. we ordered machine on February/25 and still September/25 they didn't give as solution for a mould problem. They didn't have quality checked. And didn't solve us problem. Never buy machines from this factory. They send you machines with bad quality, with problems, didn't check quality, didn't solve the quality problem.
